At Thailand Betta Fish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic-inspired apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack the Merchandise

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out.
